The website is designed to be simple. Visitors do not need to create an account to use it.
The Discord bot may store Discord guild IDs, user IDs, and linked streaming platform usernames so its features can work.
If you chat or interact publicly on streaming platforms, that activity may appear on stream or in recordings.

The basic StreamingATC.live website does not require visitors to create an account. It may collect limited technical information automatically when someone visits, such as:
This information is used to keep the site available, diagnose faults, and protect against abuse.
The site may also store a light/dark mode preference in your browser using local storage. This stays on your own device and is used only so the site remembers your preferred display mode.
At the moment, the website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
Some parts of the wider project may use Railway for hosting, development, and debugging.
Railway logs are used for development, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. They are not intended to store personal data. If personal information is accidentally included in a log because of an error or support issue, it will only be used to understand and fix the problem.
StreamingATC.live links to external services. When you click through to those services, their own privacy policies apply.
StreamingATC.live does not control how those external platforms handle your data.
RadarController content may be streamed or posted on platforms such as Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube.
If you interact with RadarController on those platforms, the platform may process information such as:
RadarController may display some platform activity during streams, for example chat messages, usernames, follows, subscriptions, or similar stream events. This is part of the live stream experience.
If you post in a public chat or interact publicly with the channel, that information may be visible to other viewers and may appear in stream recordings, clips, screenshots, or highlights.
StreamingATC.live links to a Discord community and provides access to Discord Dispatch Bot.

The bot uses this information to respond to commands, provide its features, remember server settings, and keep the service working properly.
The bot should not be used to submit sensitive personal information. Do not send private information to the bot unless it is clearly needed for a specific feature.
Mode-S Client is a tool intended for flightsim streaming and related use.
Depending on how it is configured, Mode-S Client may interact with services such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, VATSIM, or other streaming/community platforms.
Where possible, Mode-S Client is intended to run locally on the user's machine. Some settings, tokens, or configuration details may be stored locally so the app can connect to services chosen by the user.
StreamingATC.live does not intentionally collect personal data from Mode-S Client unless a feature clearly requires communication with a StreamingATC.live-controlled service. If this changes, this privacy page should be updated before or when that feature is released.
Users should also check the privacy terms of any third-party services they connect to Mode-S Client.
The model matching VMR is a downloadable or Discord-distributed resource intended to improve model matching for supported flight simulation use.
Downloading or using the VMR itself should not require StreamingATC.live to collect personal information, unless it is accessed through a platform such as Discord, GitHub, or another third-party service. In that case, the privacy policy of that third-party service may apply.
